All items are custom-printed and take 3-5 business days to prepare before dispatch. For customers within Multan, orders are delivered directly by our own team. For customers outside Multan, orders are shipped via courier, and delivery time depends on your location in addition to the production time. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be confirmed via WhatsApp before order confirmation.

Since all products are custom-printed according to your design and specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference. Replacement or refund is only offered in cases of manufacturing defects, printing errors on our part, or items damaged during delivery. Any such issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery along with photo or video proof sent via WhatsApp.
