At Print Intex, all of our products are custom-printed according to your specifications. Please read our Shipping & Return Policy carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Policy

1. Production Time

As every order is custom-made, production typically takes 3–5 business days before your order is ready for dispatch or delivery. Production time may vary depending on the size, complexity, and current order volume.

2. Delivery Within Multan

Customers located within Multan will receive their orders through our in-house delivery team once production is complete.

3. Delivery Outside Multan

Orders outside Multan are shipped through our trusted courier partners. Delivery times vary based on your location and the courier service, in addition to the production time.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be confirmed during order confirmation via WhatsApp or chat. Charges are based on your location and the size of your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide your tracking or delivery details via WhatsApp or phone.

Return & Refund Policy

1. Custom Products

Because every product is custom-made based on your approved design, text, or specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing (when the provided size chart has been followed)

  • Personal preference regarding the approved design or color

2. Eligible Returns or Replacements

We will only accept return, replacement, or refund requests under the following circumstances:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Printing errors made by Print Intex (different from the approved design)

  • Products damaged during delivery

All claims must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order and must include clear photo or video evidence submitted via WhatsApp or email.

3. Refund Process

After reviewing and approving your claim, we will either:

  • Replace the product, or

  • Issue a refund, depending on the nature of the issue and your preference.

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method whenever possible.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted due to the customized nature of our products.
