1. General

Print Intex is a printing and packaging company based in Multan, Pakistan, specializing in customized printed products, including apparel, banners, flags, stickers, stationery, promotional items, and other personalized printing solutions.

2. Orders & Customization

  • All products are custom-made according to the designs, text, images, or specifications provided by the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted content, including images, logos, and text, is accurate, high-quality, and free from errors before confirming their order.

  • Print Intex is not responsible for spelling mistakes, low-resolution images, or design issues provided by the customer.

  • Orders are considered confirmed only after receiving the customer's final approval via WhatsApp or email.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Product pricing is provided directly through WhatsApp or chat and may vary depending on quantity, material, size, and customization requirements.

  • Full or partial advance payment may be required before production begins, as communicated during order confirmation.

  • We accept payments through Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or any other mutually agreed payment method.

4. Production & Delivery

  • Production time depends on the size and complexity of the order and will be communicated during order confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be communicated before your order is confirmed.

5. Returns & Exchanges

As all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing (where the provided size chart has been followed)

  • Personal preference regarding the approved design or color

Returns, replacements, or refunds are only available in the following situations:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Printing errors made by Print Intex

  • Products damaged during delivery

Any such claim must be reported within 3 days of receiving the order and must include clear photo or video evidence submitted via WhatsApp or email.

6. Intellectual Property

By submitting any design, logo, artwork, or image for printing, you confirm that you own the necessary rights or have obtained permission to use that content.

Print Intex is not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringement resulting from materials provided by the customer.

7. Limitation of Liability

Print Intex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total value of the order placed.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of our website or services constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
